First Discussions

Visiting you

A team member will meet with you at your premises to gain an in-depth understanding of your business processes. We will explain what is possible and its impact on your business. Further meetings may be required to evaluate your planning, procurement and engineering sections if needed.

Full disclosure

We will present our findings to you, outlining the cost savings and demonstrating how a bespoke supply chain solution with Thames can significantly benefit your business. Once cost targets are agreed upon, we will formalise a plan to implement the changes.

Going 'live'

We will implement the solution(s) without any impact on your engineering or fabrication processes. We allocate a member of our team to be accountable and to support the plan, which will be regularly audited to ensure that savings targets are being met and your objectives are being fulfilled.
